PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT IS BUILT IN THE 1930'S SO THE HOUSE WILL HAVE OLD WOOD CREEKY FLOORS, OLD BROKEN TILES, SPLINTERED WOOD HERE AND THERE, AND AN OVERALL OLDER UNIT FEEL. THERE IS ALSO ANOTHER UNIT NEXT DOOR WHERE OTHERS GUESTS STAY SO THE YARD IS SHARED. THE PLACE IS GOOD FOR STAYS ON A BUDGET ESPECIALLY IN THIS AREA WHICH IS CENTRAL TO EVERYTHING BUT THE PRICE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE AGE AND STATE OF THE UNIT.
