PLEASE NOTE:
Before booking please note that the house is an older house built in the 1930's and has plans for future demolition therefore the owner (who we manage the place for) has not recently renovated the place and guests may find cosmetic blemishes such as old wood floors, marked walls, peeling paint and wood, old cabinets, dust, leaky faucets and the like. The area is A+ but the price reflects the listings condition. Please do not leave a negative review regarding these conditions as we have already specified it here.
