The apartment and the building it's in, is owned by a development company with plans to demolish it in the future, so we keep our price low in consideration of its current condition. However guests will receive a cleaned and functional apartment with ikea-style furniture, towels and linens, however, guests can expect to find older appliances, cracked tiles, old and splintered wood, items that may make parts appear dirty and possibly small issues once in a while. Please take the above into account before booking and when writing a review.
